  • Google Calendar events (event title, description, date, and time)
  • Event-related metadata required for synchronization

We do not access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, or any other Google services.

We use Google Calendar data only for the following purposes:

  • Synchronizing calendar events between Google Calendar and Odoo
  • Creating, updating, or deleting calendar events based on user actions
  • Displaying calendar events within Odoo for scheduling and planning

Google user data is never used for advertising, marketing, or analytics.

  • Google Calendar data is stored securely within the Odoo system
  • Access to data is restricted to the authenticated user

  • Upon revocation, all Google Calendar data synchronized into Odoo is removed

  • Disconnect Google Calendar at any time
